Cookie Policy

This policy describes the cookies and similar storage used on tivero.app, in the dash.tivero.app application and in the public demo: what they are for, who provides them, and which ones need your consent.
1. What we use
Necessary — they make the site and the application work: signing in and keeping a session, routing requests, and remembering your consent decision. The service does not work without them, so they are not a choice.
Preferences — they remember settings you pick: the language, and light or dark appearance.
Analytics — only with your consent. It tells us which pages are read and how people reach the demo. We do not send names, e-mail addresses or form contents.
Marketing — only with your consent, and only on the marketing site, to measure campaign performance. It never loads inside the application.
Accepting the Terms of Service or reading the Privacy Policy is not consent to the optional categories.
2. Who, what for, and how long
As at the date of this policy the tag manager container holds no tags and loads no vendor, so it sets no marketing cookies. Any vendor added to the container will be listed here before it goes live.
The analytics identifier is pseudonymous, not anonymous: it contains no name or e-mail address, but it persists between visits and links events from the same browser.
Session recording runs only in the public demo, on synthetic data, only with analytics consent, and with every field and all text masked. It is never used in customer workspaces.

3. Consent
Until you agree, nothing optional runs: no analytics identifier is created, the analytics library is not initialised, and the tag manager is not fetched.
Analytics and marketing are separate decisions — you can agree to one, both or neither, and refusing is exactly as easy as accepting and limits nothing.
You can change or withdraw consent at any time, with effect for the future. Withdrawing stops further collection and removes the analytics identifier from your browser.
One decision covers both tivero.app and the dash.tivero.app application — you are asked once, not per domain.
4. How to change your decision
At the bottom of every page there is a “Cookie settings” button. It opens the same choice you were offered on your first visit, pre-filled with what is currently saved, so you can change it and save.
You can also clear cookies in your browser settings; we will ask again on your next visit.
